Vediamo come ho realizzato il notebook: per realizzare le pagine ho selezionato alcune carte double con fantasie e colori abbinati tra loro, le ho tagliate a 9.5 x 6″ e le ho piegate a metà. In totale ho utlizzato 10 carte double, ma potete modificare il numero a vostro piacimento.
To realize the notebook I chose 10 double patterned papers with matching fantasies and colors, trimmed them at 9.5 x 6″ and scored them in a half. Of course you can make as many pages as you like!
Per la copertina ho utilizzato un pezzo di acetato a pois, sempre tagliato a 9.5 x 6″ e piegato a metà.
For the cover I used a 9.5×6″ piece of acetate, scored in a half.
Ho infilato le pagine e la copertina una dentro l’altra in questo modo.
One my pages were ready, I placed them one inside the other in this way.
Ho creato dei buchi in tutte le pagine e nella copertina con un aghetto a 1,5 cm dai due bordi.
I pierced every pages and the cover at 1,5 cm from the borders.
Ho rilegato il notebook con filo di cotone bianco: entrate dalla copertina e passate in tutte le pagine fino ad arrivare alla pagina centrale. Da qui passate nell’altro buco e attraversando tutte le pagine uscite poi dalla copertina.
I bounded the notebook with cotton thread: enter from the cover and in all the pages until you arrive in the central page. From here enter in the other hole, and turn back to arrive to the cover.
Per fermare il filo esternamente, ho fatto un nodino da una parte, mentre ho lasciato il filo lungo nella parte alta per aggiungere perline, charms e paillettes per dare un tocco in più al quadernetto.
To firm the thread, I made a knot on a side and added sequins, pearls and a charm oon the upper side, to make the notebook sparkle.
Per decorare la copertina ho scelto una tag con citazione da una carta di Teresa Collins e l’ho incollata con la Xyron Tape Runner su una carta pattern lasciando un bordino a creare una sorta di cornicetta. L’ho incollata alla copertina con la Xyron Tape Runner e ho aggiunto degli sticker a cuoricino.
To decorate the cover I chose a tag from a Teresa Collins paper. I adhered it on another patterned paper with Xyron Tape Runner and I cut it leaving a sort of a frame. I glued it on the cover with Xyron Tape Runner and added heart stickers.
Il notebook è finito – ho deciso di aggiungere anche una paillettes in tinta nella copertina, e per tenerlo chiuso utilizzo una mollettina. Potete personalizzare il notebook come preferite, aggiungere o diminuire le pagine, e utilizzarlo come quadernetto per appunti o come base per un mini album, perchè no?
The notebook is done – I also added a sequin on the cover and I use a paper clip to close it. You can personalize it as you wish, adding pages or making it with less pages, you can use it to take notes or as a mini album base, why not?
