Oggi ti mosto un nuovo layout per Studio Tekturek: è da tanto tempo che la macchina da taglio elettronica è nella mia wishlist, ma per un motivo o per l’altro rimando sempre l’acquisto… Dato che però adoro l’effetto che i file da taglio danno ai layout, ho pensato di provare a ricrearne uno tagliando le carte con la Big Shot e a mano. Mi piace moltissimo l’effetto ottenuto!
Today I show you a new layout for Studio Tekturek: since I don’t have an electronic die cutting machine but I really love the look that those files give to layouts, I always try to recreate them with manual machine cutting or handcutting! For this layout I cut many hearts from different Studio Tekturek papers, along with vellum and glittered cardstock, and I adhered them on white cardstock.I fussy cut leaving a small border to recreate the backed digital cutting file look.I trimmed the white background cardstock to 29 cm and adhered it on a patterned paper.I machined stitched all the border to add texture (I love to machine stitch on my projects!)
