… e dopo il cuoricino in stoffa oggi ti mostro un altro cuore alterato: ho dipinto con l’acrilico bianco un cuore in legno e con il Mod Podge ci ho incollato un vecchio spartito musicale. Per decorarlo ho aggiunto una bellissima scritta in acrilico di Bramble Fox e un fiore handmade a crochet – non l ‘ho fatto io, io e l’uncinetto non andiamo proprio d’accordo! Al centro del fiore ho incollato un pendente swaroski vintage, di quelli dei lampari per intenderci – recuperato dal lampadario gentilmente lasciato a casa nostra dai vecchi proprietari, che ho smembrato e recuperato in diversi modi (in passato ci ho fatto anche dei pendenti per collane!) Mi piace molto questo cuore shabby: l’idea iniziale era di regalarlo a Natale – non è mai troppo presto per pensare ai regali handmade per Natale, vero? – ma ora credo lo terrò per me!
… and after the fabric heart, today I show you another altered heart: I painted a wooden heart with white acrylic and with Mod Podge I glued a vintage musicsheet on it. To decorate it I added a wonderful resin word by Bramble Fox and an handmade crocheted flower – it was made by a friend, not me; I really am not comfortable with crocheting! In the centre of the flower I glued a vintage swaroski pendant from an old lampshape – it comes from the lampshape the old owner of our house left in the house: I already made many projects with these beautiful pendants, such as necklaces. I really love this shabby heart: the original idea was to give it as Christmas gift – it is never too early to start making handmade Christmas gifts, isn’t it?! – but now I think I will keep it for me!
