Un nuovo progetto per Flavir Design: ho realizzato un LO con sfondo acquarellato ed una foto del mio ultimo compleanno, per il quale mi sono regalata una torta unicorno… non potevo non usare la simpaticissima carta con gli unicorni di Flavir Design!
A new project for Flavir Design DT: I made a watercolored LO with a picture of my last birthday. I had a unicorn cake, so I used the funny FlaVir Design unicorn paper to scrap it!
Vediamo come ho realizzato il layout. Ho tagliato un cartoncino Bazzill bianco facendolo diventare 28×28 cm e l’ho incollato sopra la carta a fiori di FlaVir Design. Tra i miei materiali ho trovato uno stencil con gli stessi identici fiori della carta e ho deciso quindi di usarlo con la texture paste per creare un motivo sul Bazzill. Ho steso la texture paste con una tesserina e lasciato asciugare.
This is how I made the layout. I trimmed a white Bazzill to 28×28 cm and I adhered it on FlaVir Design flower paper. In my stash I found a stencil with the same exact flowers so I used a card to lie it down texture paste and create a motif on Bazzill. I let it completely dry.
Con gli acquerelli ho iniziato a creare macchie di colore in tinta con la foto. Per capire come usare gli acquerelli vi rimando a due video tutorial su YouTube che ho utilizzato io: qui e qui. I miei acquerelli sono dei semplicissimi Giotto da bambino, non sono ancora bravissima ad utilizzarli, quindi per cominiciare direi che questi vanno benissimo!
Ho strappato a mano la carta con unicorni di Flavir Design e l’ho usata per mattare la foto, aggiungendo anche un pezzo di carta velina e ho incollato in questo modo.
I created a layer for my picture using the funny FlaVir Design unicorn paper and a piece of tissue paper. Then I glue all down.
Ho decorato il layout con stickers e trasferelli. Ho aggiunto anche delle paillettes – le paillettes sono uno dei miei abbellimenti preferiti, le trovate in quasti tutti i miei progetti! Per completare il layout ho aggiunto una cucitura zig zag a macchina su ogni lato del Bazzill. Le cuciture a macchina aggiungono texture al progetto e danno quel tocco in più!
I decorated the layout with stickers and rubons. I also added my beloved sequins – you know, I used them in almost all my projects! To complete the layout I added zig zag machine stitching to all the Bazzill borders.
