Mio marito per Natale due anni fa mi ha regalato il kit e la classe online di Paige Evans per realizzare un mini con la rilegatura copta. finalmente sono riuscita ad avere un po’ di tempo per provare a realizzare uno di questi fantastici mini (Paige ne ha creati diversi, uno più bello dell’altro!) Questi mini si possono usare come December Daily, come quadernini per appunti, come mini album per immortalare le nostre vacanze… insomma, via libera alle interpretazioni. Ecco il mio primo mini con rilegatura copta… non sarà l’ultimo! Ti consiglio di acquistare la classe di Paige perchè è davvero ben fatta e dettagliata – purtroppo nello shop non sono più disponibili i kit abbinati alla classe, ma puoi acquistare la lezione con il video e il pdf.
Two years ago, my hubby made me a beautiful gift for Christmas: Paige Evans online class and kit for bookbinding… Finally I had some me time to create it! Paige created many of these amazing books, one more beautiful than the other! These books can be used as December Daily, mini album or notebooks and they also make a perfect gift for your loved ones. This is my first attempt and it won’t be the last one! I highly recommend to buy Paige’s class because it is really detailed and easy to follow. Unfortunately by now there isn’t any of the kits available, but the class itself is still available.
Ho colorato le copertine in legno con l’acrilico rosa; ho poi decorato la copertina con die-cut, bottoni in legno, stickers e una scritta in plexiglass. Quasi tutto proviene dal kit acquistato con la classe – le copertine, il filo da ricamo, i charms, i die-cut, le carte usate per i quadernini interni. Ho solo aggiunto i bottoncini e un puffy sticker di Pinkfresh Studio, la chipboard con scritto “grateful” e la scritta in plexiglass.
I colored the covers with pink acrylic and I decorated the cover with die-cut, stickers, wooden buttons and an acrilic word. Almost everything is from the class kit, except for the wooden buttons and puffy stickers (they are Pinkfresh Studio), the “grateful” chipboard and the plexiglass word.
Ed ecco com’è il mini visto dal lato. Puoi vedere i quadernini all’interno e tutte le decorazioni rilegate nella struttura: ci si possono aggiungere paillettes, perle, bottoni, pietre, charms, ma anche stickers a cui avremmo fatto un buco, paper clips… insomma, di tutto! Paige nel video della classe online mostra alcune idee da cui prendere spunto per abbellire i nostri mini.

You can see the inside signatures (this is the name of each “inside book”) and the added decorations: you can add sequins, pearls, buttons, charms, but also stickers, paper clips… a little bit of everything! Paige on her video class gives many ideas about it.
