Oggi condivido un nuovo progetto per Clique international, per la categoria “don’t throw me away” (non buttarmi via), che ti da ispirazioni per riciclare o riutilizzare in maniera diversa un oggetto… Devi sapere che molti anni fa frequentavo un corso di ricamo e nella mia craft room ancora conservo la scatola con la tela aida, le matassine da ricamo e i telai che utilizzavo all’epoca… I telai alterati vanno molto di moda nello scrap e finalmente ho realizzato anche io la mia versione, creando un decor per la mia scrap room con una delle mie collezioni preferite degli ultimi tempi, la Hey Crafty Girl di Simple Stories; il telaio è double face, così lo posso girare come più mi piace di volta in volta. Ho anche dato nuova vita a tanti bottoni che giacevano in una scatola in attesa di essere finalmente utilizzati! Sul blog Clique trovi altre foto e la spiegazione di questo progetto.
Today I share a new project for Clique International, for “don’t throw me away” category, that gives you ideas to recycle or repurpose items… When I was young I went to a stitching class and in my craft room I still keep the box with thread and embroidery hoops… Lately embroidery hoops are really popular on scrapbooking and finally I made my own version: I created one for my craft room using one of my favorite collection ever, Hey Crafty Girl by Simple Stories. It is double face so I can turn it whenever I want and have two different hoops! I also recycled a lot of vintage buttons on it: I have a huge collection of buttons but I almost never used them, so I am so happy to have found the right project for them!
